At the top you will find not only spectacular views of the city but the ever-impressive Basilica Sacré-Coeur. As you walk along you will see one of Paris’ oldest churches St Pierre de Montmartre, then on to the Place du Tertre, the main square of the village. Wander around the square with its bustling atmosphere and meet with local artists who can draw your portrait. Continue your tour along Rue des Saules to see the last surviving vineyard in Paris. Discover the two remaining windmills of the hills before ending the tour passing by the Bateau Lavoir where Pablo Picasso painted the Young Ladies of Avignon.
